James City County residents will have a new way to let their voice be heard at county government hearings.
Starting with the April 14 meeting, the county will offer a call-in line for public comment at public hearings, according to a James City County news release. Call 757-253-6762 and your comment will be recorded and played during the meeting.
All telephonic comments must be called in before noon the day of the meeting, the release stated.
All comments should give your name and address, and comments should be limited to five minutes or less, according to the release.
